- Descriptions of our pieces are true and accurate to the best of our knowledge.

- Photographs of all pieces are not altered or enhanced.

- All of our pieces are purchased at auction houses in and around Paris, France. We are happy to provide any/all supporting documentation upon request.

- Any restorations completed on our inventory are done by a qualified restoration specialist with over 40 years of experience working with French and Italian antique furniture. All restorations are done to enhance the natural beauty and functionality of the furniture.

 Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of purchases from our website for full refund (less original shipping and packing costs).

If you intend to make a return, notify us within 72 hours of receiving your purchase(s). All returns require authorization by Maison Louis Antiques. Refund will be issued if merchandise is returned in its original condition within 30 days of authorization. Original shipping and packing costs cannot be refunded. Return shipping is at the client's expense, and full insurance during return shipping is required. Credit card payments will be refunded in the form a credit to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Check payments will be returned via a refund check. All in-store sales are final. We do not accept returns for purchases made in our shop.

Given the time and expense involved with returning an item, we are happy to share additional photos, create videos and provide any other information prior to purchase.  

 

Packing and Shipping

We do not accept responsibility or liability for the acts or omissions of third parties whom we might retain for shipping services. It is also the Buyer's responsibility to file a claim in a timely manner if damage has occurred. We encourage the Buyer to open all packages at the time of their arrival. We will assist in resolving any issues (damage or otherwise) that arise with a white glove delivery service.

Delivery

We will arrange for professional packing and insured shipping. Large items will be shipped via white glove door-to-door delivery service with an independent private carrier. The delivery fee is $400 for all shipments within the continental United States. 

All items* ordered within the continental United States will be shipped and delivered within 21 days of the order being placed. * not including items that are being reupholstered at the request of the client.

For buyers outside of the USA, Maison Louis Antiques can ship your order everywhere insured international delivery services services are available. For large items, we can arrange insured shipping, through Craters and Freighters, via air cargo or ocean freight. Although in many countries antiques over 100 years old are duty free, please consult your local Customs House for applicable import duties and regulations.

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed by our return policy. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund of purchase price (less delivery fees) provided that the piece is returned to us in the same condition as it was purchased.

Simply notify us within 72 hours of receipt and ship it back to us, professionally packed and fully insured at your expense within 30 days.

Upon receipt of your return, we will immediately process your refund using the same means of payment chosen at the time of purchase. All sales are final after seven days of having received purchased merchandise.
